TEN SONGS: Stranded on a Desert Island Playlist


If you were suddenly stranded on a deserted island armed only with an iPod, what albums absolutely had to be loaded on it to keep your sanity? After much careful consideration of my large collection of songs, I have selected the following 10 full albums. I’m a classic rock fan historically, and that explains a lot of the older bands; I also absolutely adore Canadian music and my selection on this list is the quintessential band of hosers. In recent years, I have melted into a sugary sweet mess of bubble gum poppy goodness and my selection for this list is not only one of the hottest young music stars today — she’s also very easy on the eyes (which might come in handy if stuck on a deserted island…ahem).
